2.2. Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after receiving payment (full or partial, as applicable) and a confirmation email or message from us.
2.3. Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to make bookings. By booking, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Pricing: Taxi fares depend on vehicle type, distance, and trip type (one-way or round-trip). Estimated fares are provided at booking, but final costs may vary due to tolls, taxes, or additional stops requested.
3.2. Payment Methods: We accept payments via online platforms (e.g., UPI, credit/debit cards) or cash on arrival, as specified during booking.
3.3. Invoicing: All fares include applicable taxes and tolls unless otherwise stated. Invoices are provided upon request.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees (up to 5% of the fare).
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations after the driver arrives at the pickup location are non-refundable.
4.2. Cancellation by Dada Tour and Travels: We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or an alternative travel arrangement, at our discretion.
4.3. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Service Responsibilities
5.1. Our Responsibilities: We strive to provide safe, reliable, and comfortable taxi services. Our vehicles are regularly maintained, and our drivers are trained to ensure a smooth journey.
5.2. Your Responsibilities: You agree to:
- Behave respectfully toward our drivers and staff.
- Not carry prohibited items (e.g., weapons, flammable materials) in our vehicles.
- Adhere to agreed pickup times and locations to avoid delays.
- Compensate for any damage caused to our vehicles due to negligence or misuse.
5.3. Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, road conditions, or weather.
